By using and/or purchasing from this site you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions (your statutory rights are not affected).

We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice and therefore recommend that you regularly review them.


By purchasing from this site you certify and agree that you are authorized to make these purchases, that you are of legal age to purchase these items and make payments using a financial instrument such as, credit card, debit card, cheque etc. If any purchases are made contrary to this agreement we do not accept any liability whatsoever.

We aim to ensure that this website remains available at all times, however, access may occasionally be restricted due to essential maintenance.

While we make every effort to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate, some details, such as colour, may not be a true representation.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue contents or any aspect of this website without notice.

External links to other websites may be displayed on this website. We do not monitor or review the content of third party websites that may be linked from this website and you visit these at your own risk.

Order Information

We recommend that you view our size guides before placing your order to help determine the correct size you require. Please note that all size and measuring information should be used as a guide only.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove/edit items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us for advice during our office hours. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you will need to follow our returns procedure.

As soon as payment has been received orders will be processed ready for dispatch. If any items within your order are out of stock we will notify you of this via email and you will be given the option to cancel. We will then dispatch the remainder of your order. Out of stock items will be dispatched separately on receipt of delivery from the manufacturer. This will not affect delivery charges.

Once goods have been dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email. If your order has not arrived, or arrives incomplete, please contact us during our office hours. If your order arrives and the goods are damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

Customers are advised to check their Spam/Junk/Trash folders for confirmation emails as some email accounts direct unrecognised emails into these folders.


We offer Free Shipping for all orders over £75 and Free Shipping for local customers with a TA1 – TA3 postcode.

Shipping costs for all other UK orders under £75 are £4.95.

Small orders will be shipped via Royal Mail.

Larger orders will be shipped via DPD or InPost.

Delivery times are currently 3-5 working days, however in some cases delivery may take up to 10 working days due to Covid-19 restricted working conditions and social distancing in the workplace. Thank you for your understanding during these difficult times.

Please take into consideration when placing your order that delivery can take longer during the Christmas period, or if there are extreme weather conditions, or a Covid outbreak causing staff issues in some areas.

Returns Information

In most cases we are happy to exchange or refund goods within 14 days of purchase providing they are:

a) returned in the condition in which you received them

b) returned in the original packaging with all tags attached

c) returned with a valid returns note/proof of purchase

Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean & dry. Health & Safety Act 1972.

Please take care when trying on items. All items should be returned in a resalable condition, if we deem that an item has not been returned in a resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund (your statutory rights are not affected). Any items returned which have been damaged or soiled we will consider you to be in breach of your legal duty to take care of the items, therefore we will take steps to recover our losses.

We recommend that you request and retain proof of posting for any items returned, we cannot exchange or refund for items lost in transit without one.
